Subject	Ideas for finding a garage space/ rental for working on a Z?

Message	I worked out of my friends garage, but he closed up shop. Just doing personal automotive work on my Z, not a business, so something like a standard size garage is what I have in mind. Been looking all over Philadelphia Craigslist with some luck but nothing has worked out yet. Anyone have any experiences in good ways to find a space? Places to look, post ads etc? I'm under the impression that realtors don't usually deal in spots this small, or such low monthly rent. Self Storage places don't allow this kind of thing either.
